NEW PRICING EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2025:

New Patient Appointment - $210

Established Well-Child - $180

Established Symptomatic - $150

Telehealth - $70

Additional Charges for Procedures / Supplies - Various

We accept all forms of payment at the time of service, but we do not bill insurance.

A “superbill” receipt will be provided for the patient family to submit to the their health insurance carrier for reimbursement.

**Send out labs will be billed by the lab through the patient’s insurance.

**Imaging diagnostics will be billed by the imaging department through the patient’s insurance.
