Our Mission

In all aspects of our pediatric care, we strive to protect innate wellness, maximize benefit, and minimize harm, optimizing the overall well-being of the child, creating healthier families and communities.

Meet the Provider

From her beginnings in child and adolescent psychology to her almost 30 years in pediatric healthcare, Michelle's career has always revolved around caring for children and their families. In fact, Michelle can often be found using her free time to research anything and everything related to pediatric (and sometimes even adult) health and wellness. This research combined with several health situations among her patients, friends, and family gradually led Michelle to an understanding that conventional medicine is not always the best way to care for patients. Conventional methods aren't always helpful, and sometimes do harm. So, over the last 20 years of her practice, Michelle has been studiously adding other treatment modalities to her pediatric tool box.

Michelle D. Grimsley Tallman,

APRN, CPNP-PC

Michelle believes in digging deep to identify and address the root cause of the symptoms, and through doing so, eliminating the chronic nature of many illnesses. Much of the time, the most frequent diagnoses are really only symptoms pointing to a deeper issue. Different from many providers, Michelle encourages her patient families to do their own research. No one knows a child better than its parents, and there is no greater detective than a parent who is concerned about the health of their child. So while Michelle will bring all of her education and experience to the appointment, she is also always open to hearing the ideas of the parents pertaining to possible root causes and treatment options for their child.

Michelle's primary goal is always to use whatever means necessary to facilitate the maintenance and restoration of health and wellness in the pediatric population. For her, it's about making a difference, and she is always here to help.
